I'm looking for a littles are known verse where Cas is a pediatrician who treats littles. Dean is horribly neglected/ abused in it and was brought in with an awful rash. He doesn’t trust anyone and is resistant of his headspace but Cas slowly wins his trust and becomes his adoptive caregiver and helps him accept the little side of him.
